We are delighted and honored to present our latest edition of the American Band Journal, which is a tribute to our dear friend and colleague, Thomas Scheibner. Some time ago we decided we would publish a set of pieces to celebrate Tom's retirement, which was a few years down the road. Never could we have imagined that Tom would suddenly pass. and we would be publishing this tribute in this fashion. The pieces in this journal celebrate Tom's life and pay respect to a man that was loved deeply all around the Salvation Army community.
